"This Site was originally created for new agents or those seeking a career in
Real Estate. However it has become a site for anyone interested in any part of
Real Estate. All are welcome: dig in a find what you are looking for. We have
everything you need with more added all the time. Keep checking back with us as
we continue to update. "
A little bit about myself: I started out with no experience and no knowledge of the Real Estate business what so ever. I talked to anyone that would answer my questions, read forums, looked up real estate articles and watched HGTV (lol). With a little experience under your belt and some good tips and advice from other agents you should do just fine. Don't be afraid to ask. Your BIC should be answering your questions anyway. I am currently a Real Estate Broker (licensed of course), and a certified Loan officer.

I have written all the articles below and can tell you for certain that these are things that I have learned on my own.
I hope my site helps anyone who might want to become a real estate agent for anyone who already is or those just looking to get a better incite to the real estate world.
Come on in. Browse around. I add to this site continually.
This site has been around for about 4 years now and I am revising it. If the

chat.

My Review of this Book
21 One Things I Wish My Broker Had Told Me
This is a must for anybody who is even thinking about getting into real estate. I am almost certain that you will not be disappointed.
Pay attention to Chap. 13 Great Expectations, especially if you are a brand new agent. Being a RE Broker myself I can relate to the idea of waiting 3 to 6 months for your first sale. I did. I don't think I could have ever found this book soon enough.
This is also the second edition. So it has some updates.
I just can't recommned this book enough.
